Need Finding - BYU OIT
Enhancing student Engagement w BYU Event Website
The "Enhancing Student Engagement with BYU Event Website" project, in collaboration with BYU Office of Information Technology (OIT), aims to address the underutilization of the university's event website among students. Through meticulous observations, interviews, and triangulation testing techniques, we identified key pain points impeding student interaction with the platform. This initiative culminated in the development of a prototype solution designed to enhance usability, streamline navigation, and provide a more personalized experience, paving the way for increased student engagement with BYU's event offerings.
