Description
The purpose of this project was to analyze customer interviews and use affinity mapping to identify patterns and themes that emerged from the data. By identifying these patterns, we gained a deeper understanding of our customers' needs, desires, and pain points, which helped us build more effective user personas. The purpose of this completed project was to conduct a competitive audit of social media sales platforms and create templates for websites that customers can sell products on, which appeal to today's trends. The goal was to provide customers with modern and visually appealing templates that are designed to increase sales and improve the overall user experience.

Improve Site Navigation and overall user flow
Description
The purpose of this project was to improve the site navigation of Nu Skin's Brand Affiliates platform to enhance user interaction and overall user flow. The goal was to create an intuitive navigation system that enables brand affiliates to easily find and access the information they need, resulting in a more streamlined user experience.
Outcomes
The new navigation features addressed the pain points and challenges identified in the user research, resulting in a more intuitive and streamlined user experience.
